Challenges in life often lead to feeling broken and operating out of a small fragmented piece of the heart, a small piece of who you are- and unfortunately this piece magnifies the ache, gets the biggest vote, and has the loudest voice. I want to partner with you and help you take your next step toward healing these hidden places and stepping into wholehearted living. I want to help you honor your story, process your heartache, and find a new way forward. I want to help you love and appreciate who you are, feel confident in your purpose, and shine... simply because you are Y.O.U.!

Certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider

EDIT™III Eating Disorder Treatment Clinician

I am a military spouse, a mom of two, and a gal who personally understands the benefit of holistic (mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, relational) health. I have a Bachelor of Science Healthcare Sciences- Nutrition from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs (CO Native!), a Masters of Science in Health Education from Mississippi University for Women, and a Masters of Art in Professional Counseling from Sioux Falls Seminary. I am passionate about whole-person wellness and I have continued my education receiving certification in integrative medicine for mental health, intuitive therapy for eating disorders, and pilates. I have traveled the world, lived on three different continents, become a life-long learner, and found my way back to Colorado! I love finding margin in life and creating space to do all the things that I love- including volunteering at my kids school, hosting bible study, Pilates (of course), and getting as much fresh air and sunshine as I can!

In my practice I primarily use narrative therapy, somatic therapy and mindfulness. As a registered dietitian and Pilates instructor, in addition to talk therapy, I am able to incorporate a holistic approach bringing nutrition and movement into each session (as desired). This powerful combination has the potential to transform your life and your healing process.

My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive. And to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor and some style.
