I believe that each individual has a unique journey which has impacted their life in a distinct manner. Additionally, I understand that individuals respond to therapeutic modalities in a myriad of ways. With this in mind, I incorporate a diverse array of therapeutic philosophies in order to create a personalized treatment plan for each client.

I seek to create a therapeutic environment of confidentiality and empowerment while offering the tools to assist individuals in meeting their specific mental health related goals. I implement concepts from a number of researched-based therapeutic theories and implement treatment plans that are based in therapy models such as person-centered, strengths-based, narrative, attachment, cognitive behavioral and solutions-focused therapy.

I moved with my family to Colorado Springs in 2016. My husband, of twenty-five years and I have two adult sons and a French Bulldog. Moving to Colorado has been a tremendous blessing and I appreciate all the outdoor activities this state has to offer. While I love hiking and exploring nature, I am also an avid reader and enjoy sitting by a cozy fire with a wonderful book.
