Tiffany Anne Will

I work with couples and individuals of all ages as they navigate anxiety, life transitions, relational challenges, trauma, and the complexities of caregiving and family life. My approach is evidence-based, strengths-focused, and trauma-informed, with a foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I believe meaningful change happens when clients feel both supported and thoughtfully challenged, and I strive to create a therapeutic space that is warm, collaborative, and purposeful—where insight leads to action and growth.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology and my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University, a CACREP-accredited program. I am certified in Psychological First Aid and as a SYMBIS Facilitator.

I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. When working with children, play therapy is a primary modality in my practice. Children often communicate their emotions, experiences, and perspectives through play, and I use developmentally appropriate, trauma-informed play-based interventions to help children process their world in a way that feels safe and accessible.
My areas of focus include anxiety and stress-related concerns, trauma, life transitions, parenting and family dynamics, marital and premarital counseling, spiritual integration, and women’s issues including unplanned pregnancy. I bring a holistic perspective to counseling, tailoring each treatment plan to the unique needs, values, and goals of the individual or family I am working with.

I also bring a personal understanding of families navigating grief with unforeseen life changes and complex diagnoses. My husband and I have walked through an extensive diagnostic process while raising a child with special needs, an experience that has shaped my sensitivity to the ongoing challenges faced by individuals, siblings, and the broader family system. This lived experience informs my work with caregivers and families with both compassion and clarity.

I have lived in Colorado Springs for over 30 years and treasure my community here. Much of the last 15 years of my life has been devoted to my marriage and raising my two daughters, including eight years as a CNA for my younger daughter. Outside of the counseling office, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, and experiencing the beauty of Colorado through hiking, rock climbing, and snowboarding.

My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive. And to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor and some style.
